HELLO BEAUTIFUL,
I am so sorry that I have not posted in for every but I am here now and I am going to be posting today about morning life hacks I know how hard It Is to wake up in the morning so I have some tips for you.
1.NOT HITTING SNOOZE
If you have you phone right next to your bed you are just going to hit snooze so instead of putting your phone right next to your bed put it across the room so when you alarm goes off you have to get up and go over to your phone to hit snooze but when you go to hit snooze you are all ready up so why not just go and get ready.
2. GO TO SLEEP EARLIER
For the last one most of you most likely thought "but I if I do that I cant seat on my phone at night" well that could be the reason you cant get to sleep at night because the light that you phone or laptop is giving off light makes your bran wake up and makes it so you cant go to sleep. they say to tern off your phone or laptop 1 or 2 hours before you go to bed but if your like me and your like that will never happen you can just tern the brightness down. you may be asking what do I do in stead you can read a book it will help you sleep better.
3. PICK OUT YOUR OUTFIT THE NIGHT BEFORE
Before you go to bed pick out your outfit the night before so when you wake up your outfit is all ready picked out for you and you don't have to look for an outfit when you are running late.
4.MAKE AN MAKEUP BAG WITH YOUR MOST HAVES
If you have a makeup bag with your most haves in it. its way easier to find what you need in the Morning instead of seat there and look for what you need
5. EAT FRUIT IN THE MORNING
Fruit take an hour to digest that's the fasts of any food. yogurt and eggs take 6 to 7 hours to digest making you tired by 1st period but fruit will not
6. KEEP YOUR ROOM CLEAN
Its way hard to get up and get ready in the morning if your room is not clean and it makes you fill better in the morning if your room is clean
7. KEEP YOUR BATH ROOM CLEAN
This is the same thing as number 6
8. OPEN YOUR BLINDS
If you open your blinds at night when the sun comes up it will send light in to your room telling your body that its time to get up
9. MAKE IT SO ITS COOLER AT NIGHT AND WARMER IN THE MORNING
We all know how hard it is to wake up in the morning when it is frizzing so if you make it so it is warmer in the morning and its cooler at night this will also help you sleep at night.
10. CHANGE YOUR PILLOW CASE TO A SILK CASE
If you have a cotton pillow case when your sleeping at night your pillow case is tugging at your hair making you hair really tangled at night making it very hard to do your hair in the morning.
